General Group Guidelines

GENERAL

  • Each patron is allowed to save space for up to 3 others (4 total). This applies to both our General Admission and Group Premium Lawn seating sections.
  • Large tarps are not allowed for saving space for additional group members arriving at a later time.
  • You are welcome to give lanyards, wristbands, or other collateral to your group to identify them in your area. Please DO NOT write “VIP” anywhere on these materials.
  • Stakes are not allowed in the ground to rope off areas; however, you may use flags, balloons, or other markers. All materials must come down by 7:15 PM.

TICKET DISTRIBUTION

  • We recommend having your group tickets mailed early for distribution in advance of the performance.
  • General Admission and Group Premium Lawn tickets CANNOT BE RE-PRINTED. Please treat all tickets like cash.
  • If tickets have not been mailed in advance, they can be distributed through Will Call at the venue on the day of the performance (click here for box office hours). Please provide your Group Sales representative with a list of names and corresponding number of tickets to be picked up at Will Call before the concert. You may also choose to designate a group representative to pick up all tickets, and distribute to your party onsite.
  • The Deer Valley plaza is not available for setting up tables to meet parties, or to distribute tickets, goods, or swag bags. If you have items for your guests, please distribute them in advance, or inside the venue at your assigned location.

GROUP PREMIUM SECTION

  • Group Premium patrons have a designated space saved in a prime location—house left of the Reserved section—to accommodate even the largest of groups. Enjoy the flexibility of bringing blankets, low-seated chairs, and coolers to set up your space on the hill during the concert.   • All patrons seated in the Group Premium section must be ticketed for that area. Patrons cannot bring friends or family into the Group Premium section if they are ticketed for other areas of the lawn. All tickets will be checked for entry to the Group Premium section.

FOOD AND DRINK

Pack your picnics or grab a bite at one of several concession outlets!

  • Beverage tents offer a selection of cold beverages, including beer and wine, for concert guests before and during the performance.
  • Due to a change in resort licensing, no outside alcohol will be permitted in Deer Valley’s Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. Factory-sealed, non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
  • Gourmet picnic baskets are available to order in advance.
  • We encourage patrons to bring an empty water bottle to fill up at water stations located throughout the venue.
  • Additional Deer Valley dining options include casual, family-friendly cafés and grills, and elegantly rustic restaurants—featuring quality ingredients and creative, fresh preparations with an emphasis on locally sourced products. Visit Deer Valley Resort for details.  
  • All bags and coolers are subject to search.

Make it an extra special event by hosting a private dinner! Deer Valley’s private event space can be reserved in conjunction with a group dinner or picnic bag order. If your group is interested in having food catered, please contact Deer Valley Resort:

PARKING

  • Please use the designated “drop off” zone by the Ticket Office if you need to drop off equipment, blankets, food, etc. for your group.
  • Parking is available in Lots 2 through 5; the “Top Lot” and “Lot 1” both require a parking pass.
