  • Mobile tickets will be visible within the USUO app starting 72 hours prior to the performance. If you are picking up tickets at Will Call, please refer to the section on Ticket Office hours.

Can I reserve seats in the General Admission section at Deer Valley Resort?

Each patron may be allowed to save space for up to 3 others (4 total). If you have a larger group, we recommend you plan to arrive at the same time. If your group is unable to arrive together, or you have 10 or more in your group, please contact Group Sales for additional options or to reserve seats in our Group Premium section. Patrons in the Group Premium section cannot save seats for General Admission patrons.

No stakes are allowed to be put in the ground to rope off areas; however, you may use large flags, balloons, or other markers. All materials must come down by 7:15 PM.

How is seating organized at DVMF performances?

Chairs are provided in the Reserved section. Outside chairs can be brought in and used anywhere in General Admission but must be lower than 9” from the base of the chair to the ground. Chairs are measured upon entrance, and those that do not meet the height restrictions will not be allowed into the venue. A limited number of chairs are available to rent at the venue, but will sell out quickly. Rentals cost approximately $10 per chair and are arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.

The venue is a ski hill and may be difficult for some patrons to walk up.

There are a few sections with limited views due to grading.

Tarps are not permitted on the hill in order to protect the grass.

Strollers, coolers, tables, and wagons of all sizes are allowed in the General Admission section, but if they stand taller than you sitting, they must be taken down by 7:15 PM.

Strollers and large coolers are not allowed in the reserved section.

As a courtesy to our performers, crossing in front of the stage during the performance will not be allowed.

Please do not save space for groups arriving at a later time.

If you have an ADA ticket and need to bring your own chair, a tag will be provided at the ticket office so that your chair can enter the venue. If your ticket is General Admission, you are welcome to bring a chair, provided it does not exceed 9 inches from the base of the frame of the chair to the ground. There are no exceptions to this rule. Chairs are measured upon entrance, and those that do not meet the height restrictions will not be allowed into the venue. Chairs are available to rent on the night of the performance for $10 (limited availability).

Please call the ticket office at 801-533-NOTE (6683) in advance for limited wheelchair and other accessible seating.

If you have any accommodation questions or requests, please email [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance of the performance, or call USUO Patron Services at 801-533-NOTE (6683).

The venue is a steep hill with several uneven areas. We do our best to make those in a wheelchair feel safe by having wheel stops available, but it is not an ADA compliant wheelchair venue.

    How should I dress?

Deer Valley® Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater is an outside mountain venue that is on a ski slope with a steep incline, so come prepared wearing comfortable shoes with support. Other Tips

Attending the Deer Valley® Music Festival can literally take your breath away. Depending on where you are in Park City, the altitude varies from 6,800 to 10,000 feet above sea level. We recommend that you drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. The air is thin, so pace yourself – the effects of exercise and alcohol are magnified at high altitudes.

Please be courteous of other patrons sitting behind you. We ask that you don’t block their view with large objects (i.e. strollers, umbrellas, etc.). Strollers, coolers, tables, and wagons of all sizes are allowed in the General Admission section, but if they stand taller than you sitting, they must be taken down by 7:15 PM. If they are up when the performance begins, you will be asked to take them down.

    NEED ASSISTANCE?

Please contact USUO Patron Services at 801-533-NOTE (6683), Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 6 PM.
