Get ready for some toe-tapping jazzy tunes mixed with early classical Baroque favorites by Debussy, Shostakovich and ending on a high note with the memorable “Sweet Georgia Brown,” when Utah Symphony Principal Trombone Mark Davidson is joined by his good friend, Dr. Ruby Chou, an arts executive, classical pianist, and educator.

This performance is part of our summer “pop-up concerts,” which provide unexpected musical experiences that bring the essence of the Deer Valley® Music Festival into other community events and spaces, and allow us to say THANK YOU for being our summer home away from home!

This event is free and open to the public.

Your support of music in our community is more important now than ever! Utah Symphony | Utah Opera would not exist without the generosity of our family of donors. Please consider a contribution to our annual fund today so that we are able to resume great live performances when it is safe to do so again.
